Plot[ ] The episode starts off with Bingo and Rolly pretending to be surfers on their skateboards with Hissy being their shark monster. When they soon go to wake Bob , he is saying how much he'd love to go to Hawaii to feel the sand on his toes. He then has to go to work, not to mention through a bundle of leaves caused by a gardener's leaf blower. Bingo and Rolly then decide to go on a mission to Hawaii, get some sand, bring it home to Bob. This leads to the pugs going into their doghouse and singing "Going on a Mission" to get ready. Bingo and Rolly travel to the airport where they overhear passengers saying they're going to Hawaii, and sneak into their bags to get on that plane. When they land they are briefly greeted by a woman who gives them leis, then find the beach. Rolly is distracted by a crab and chases it around the beach, digging holes and kicking up sand in doing so. The brothers try to take the sand from Rolly's holes back home by shaping it into an airplane which of course doesn't work and a wave come crashing in and washes away the sand. When they try to make a sand boat to float on the water, the same thing happens. However, the tide has been rising and Bingo and Rolly find themselves on wooden planks, floating in the ocean. A group of surf dogs come across the two and they find out about a surfing competition. When a large wave comes in, the pugs have no choice but to surf it with the other dogs, which ends in winning the trophy. Rolly starts digging for the crab again and is kicking up sand in the trophy, which gives Bingo the idea to get the sand home using it. Bingo and Rolly board the plane and fly home. Once they get there, they are excited to say that their mission is nearly complete, but things go awry when the gardener's leaf blower from the beginning of the episode blows their sand into the wind, leaving Bingo and Rolly to be devastated. Any attention can validate the behavior, causing them to make it a habit. This shows them that the behavior is unacceptable, and does not involve any harmful negative reinforcement. Our attention is important to a puppy, and they do not want to be ignored. By showing them that biting will only result in us pulling away, they will learn to ditch the undesirable behavior. Interrupt The Behavior Sometimes a Shepherd puppy needs a sharp and sudden sound to pull them out of a bad habit. By giving a quick interrupter cue ouch, yip, eek , you can pull your puppy away from the action and gain their attention. Because of this, it is so important to offer plenty of mental and physical activities throughout your home. For example, if your puppy nips at strangers each time they walk in the door, it may be best to limit their time around the guest and send them to a separate play area. Once they begin to understand that biting is unacceptable, you can refrain from using their separate play area as often. Similar to what we discussed above about being proactive, a separate play area can help them calm down and collect themselves. Just as there are effective methods in canine training, there are counterproductive actions as well. Go to closet and collect bag in which present is contained, and shut door. Open door and remove cat from closet. Retrieve rolls of wrapping paper from their storage box. Remove cat from storage box, and secure lid on box to keep cat out. Go to drawer, and collect tape, ribbons, scissors, labels, etc. Lay out present and wrapping supplies on table, to enable wrapping strategy to be formed. Go back to drawer to get string, remove cat that has been in the drawer since last visit and collect string. Remove present from bag. Remove cat from bag. Open box to check present, remove cat from box, replace present. Lay out paper to enable cutting to size. Try and smooth out paper, realize cat is underneath and remove cat. Cut the paper to size, keeping the cutting line straight. Throw away first sheet as cat chased the scissors, and tore the paper. Cut second sheet of paper to size — by putting cat in the bag the present came in. Place present on paper. Lift up edges of paper to seal in present. Realize cat is between present and paper. Remove cat. Place object on paper, to hold in place while tearing tape. Spend 20 minutes carefully trying to remove tape from cat with pair of nail scissors. Seal paper with tape, making corners as neat as possible. Look for roll of ribbon. Chase cat down hall in order to retrieve ribbon. Try to wrap present with ribbon in a two-directional turn. Repeat steps until you reach last sheet of paper. Retrieve old cardboard box that is the right size for last piece of paper you have remaining. Put present in box, and tie down with string. Remove string, open box, and remove cat. Put all packing materials in bag with present and head for locked room. Once inside lockable room, lock door and start to relay out paper and materials. Remove cat from box, unlock door, put cat outside door, close and relock. Repeat previous step as often as is necessary until you can hear cat from outside door. Lay out last sheet of paper on the floor. Discover cat has already torn paper. Return to lockable room, lock door, and try to make torn sheet of paper look presentable. Seal box, wrap with paper and repair by very carefully sealing with tape. Tie up with ribbon and decorate with bows to hide worst areas. Sit back and admire your handiwork, congratulate yourself on completing a difficult job. Unlock door, and go to kitchen to make drink and feed cat. The Multi-gene Australian Labradoodle always has the ultimate coat. Due to many years of breeding and the uniqueness of the Australian doodle produces a usually textured coat. It should be silky-soft waves and or light loopy spirals very nice Fleece coat and Fleece wool blend. As your Labradoodle puppy develops their adult coat and out of their puppy coat at about 6 to 12 months. Doodle coat will start to thicken and mat, this is the time to start grooming. When the pup coat is changing to their adult coat Puppy may lose a little hair and the coat may become lighten or darken. A change in curl or wavy will happen as the coat matures. Do NOT shave puppy coat off! In addition, we have our GorgeousDoodle preferences and tips as well : When your Doodle is about 14 months old they will have their adult coat and then body and legs can be shaved with clippers if needed. We usually only try to use the shavers on the tummy and sanitary areas but scissors cut everywhere else. It is important is to know your groomer or have a groomer that is recommended. Ask to see photos of other Doodles they have groomed, etc. The best shampoos and conditioners are super important…Doodles have sensitive skin. It is always important to leave their coat longer on the head, face, and tail. It looks good if the tail is full and top of the head is full and ears are trimmed up. I always talk with the groomer and give them firm instructions. No shaving the face or ears or paws or tail. We groom our dogs ourselves. We sometimes leave the legs a little longer with poodles it is called leaving the pants on and or leave their paws and ankles with a bit longer coat. It can be fun to give them a whole new look with a little different cut. Buy wide-tooth combs and open wirer brush and the scissors with a round tip. It is a fun coat, that you can leave long and just carefully trim around faces. Take to a groomer and you can have a full groom cut down to an inch or two or whatever you want. It is a good idea in Summer season hot weather to give them a full short body and legs cut. We would love to see photos of before and after the grooming of your Doodle.
