Additionally, Buyer agrees that it will not euthanize the Puppy under any circumstances without prior written consent of Seller and instead will return to Seller. If the Puppy is returned within the first thirty 30 days, only half of the Purchase Price will be refunded after the Puppy has been placed in its new home. Buyer guarantees that upon receiving the Puppy, Buyer will keep the Puppy in good health with yearly vaccinations, heartworm protection, and any other necessary procedures to ensure the good health of the Puppy. Governing Law and Venue.
