Follow the Wiggling Toy This is the ideal transition exercise that I would start around the tenth week of indoor play. Once you have him sitting close to you, introduce the rope toy and place it on the floor with your hand holding onto one end. Again, this is a high-engagement, low-impact exercise that builds up the foundation for medium-impact activities later on.
