There are many shades of light-colored Goldendoodles from cream to rich beige. With the Golden Retriever parent breed bringing variations of golden to the family and Poodles bringing cream and white to the family, there are varying shades of cream Goldendoodles. From my research, I found the following variations of cream colors: cream, ultra-cream, white, champagne, and beige. What some may call cream, others may call white. Additionally, this same article from LSU—a university that seems to be have done extensive research on this subject—lists the Miniature Poodle remember, it can be a parent breed of the Goldendoodle on the Dog Breeds With Congenital Reported Deafness list, and explains that breeds with white pigmentation are most often affected. This is a super abbreviated version of a hefty subject. The research I mention above is not specific to Goldendoodles, but to all breeds of dogs. I include it here not to scare anyone, but to stress the importance of doing your due diligence in finding reputable breeders who care about the future of our beloved Goldendoodle dogs, and who will be responsible on behalf of our dear dogs who are counting on us to protect their futures. What is an English cream Goldendoodle? To get to the answer, we have to take a peek into the Golden Retriever lineage. First of all, a Golden Retriever is, well, a Golden Retriever. Our friends from across the pond, are focusing on the lighter cream color in addition to gold coloring! What else? Of course, that makes no difference to Doodle parents! The listed is not sorted by color, only by breed, so I gleaned from the list any name that could be inspired by white or cream coat colors. In other words, this is fun and in no way research-based! When crossing the English-creme Golden Retriever and the poodle, we create a hybrid with the calm and polite, laid back temperament of the English creme golden retriever, yet we increase the lifespan with the poodle. American golden retrievers have long legs and are very athletic, but the English cremes have shorter legs and are not as strong in agility. Sizes: We currently offer standard and miniature English-doodles. Our standards can sometimes take on a stocky-shorter build like the English-creme parent. They tend to be heavy set and dense. Standards can weigh between 65 and 80 pounds. Our miniatures are between 28 and 35 pounds. It is important to keep in mind that in any litter each pup can take after either parent. On selection day we like to compare the pups with each other, noting which ones are husky, stocky and have the retriever build. Also which ones are leaner and longer legged like the poodle. We specialize in comparing skeletal structures. We are now offering the F1s and the F1b's. The F1 choice will be fine for those with moderate to low allergy concerns. F1s are classified as minimal shed. If you have a family member with severe allergies, you may find the F1b type just what you're looking for. These coat types are considered a high maintenance coat type and regular grooming every 6 to 8 weeks is required. Coat colors that we offer: Creme, Champagne, Apricot. Of course the high intelligence of the poodle is also passed down in the cross. Retrievers naturally desire to eliminate in long grass and potty training should be relatively easy for these reasons. Health and Life-span: As the English-creme golden retriever has a short life span of 7 to 8 years and is prone to cancer, hip dysplasia and Ichthyosis, crossing them with a poodle provides the hybrid vigor and increases life expectancy to 12 years or more. Every puppy has a unique and different look but in general, they have that round face, stocky body and beautiful stance with the tail set similar to that of an English Golden Retriever. They typically have a fluffy, to wavy coat that is low to non shedding. We have been breeding English Goldendoodles for many years now and we know the combinations of parents that work well to produce stunning puppies. Breeding is an art and creating that great look without compromising on temperament and health is key to bringing you a beautiful puppy with a great personality. Finding a breeder who produces the look you are wanting in your Doodle is critical. Sizes We breed a variety of different Doodle sizes. The estimated size of your Doodle is determined by the size of both parents. Standard Doodles pounds and inches tall - This is the result of breeding a full sized Standard Poodle with an English Golden Retriever or an English Goldendoodle. Medium Doodles pounds and inches tall - We have Moyen Medium Poodles here that we breed to full sized Doodles or Retrievers. This results in a nice medium sized companion. They come in either F1, F1b or Multigen generations. Mini Doodles pounds and inches tall - This is the result of any number of combinations depending on the size of the parents. It is not possible to have an F1 Tiny Doodle because breeding the smallest Poodle possible to a full sized Golden Retriever will still give no guarantees that the puppy will be in the pound range. Tiny Doodles only come in the F1b generation at Doodle Creek. These dogs typically have low to non shedding coats. Some will have the straighter coats with a loose wave to it. These coats will sometimes be low shedding. Others will have the fleecy coats and will shed very little to nothing at all. If you are wanting strong Retriever characteristics and you are okay with possibly some shedding, this would be a great option. If you have allergies, you may want to consider the F1b or Multigen breedings. These dogs will quite often look very similar to the F1 English Goldendoodles in that many still keep that nice, fleecy coat type. The litters normally have a few with the fleecy coat types and a few with the curly coat types. The fleecy coat typed F1b puppies are typically extremely low to non shedding. The F1b is an excellent choice for those who suffer from allergies. Multigen English Goldendoodles - Through our years of experience, we have now come to the point where we use our trusted genetics and we will breed two totally unrelated Goldendoodles together. We do all the proper DNA testing to ensure that we are getting the low to non shedding offspring from these matings. We have found that the Mulitgens are just as good as the F1b for those with allergies as they are also low to non shedding. The advantage of breeding Mulitgen English Goldendoodles here at Doodle Creek is that we are able to get more of the colours we are looking for in our puppies such as the tri colour, black and white, brown and white, or the merle. Coat types Our English Goldendoodles have several different coat types. Most are very low to non shedding. They turn into a loose curled coat as an adult and have a very soft feel. They are low to non shedding. The curly coat is similar to that of a poodle. They are typically non shedding and are wonderful for allergies. They get that beautiful, messy look to them and are very attractive looking as adults. They will often be low shedding but shed much less than a Golden Retriever. We do not breed any who have been tested and do not pass their OFA check. Cavaliers worst problem in degenerative heart disease. There is no test to know who, or when it will happen. The goal is to test yearly and any who start to have a murmur are removed from the breeding pool. Over time the dogs who go the longest without a problem will parent the most puppies. Since we retire our moms at 6 years old, you do not wait until 6 to breed them its impossible to not breed those who may develop a problem. For the boys its terrific that the oldest males can still sire puppies if they are still passing their heart exams. If none were bred, there would be no cavaliers left the heart problem is so common. Fortunately they now often live a long life without needing medication, or only at the end of life. Before, and still happening in lines that no testing is done, they often only live until 6 to 8 years due to severe heart problems. Without testing you can assume they have bad hearts. Its up to the public to be sure the parent dogs are tested annually, or at least bi-annually and ideally have passed a heart exam within the last fiscal year. Then the older the mom the better, same for sires. Since we have been breeding them for so long and have many retired parents who are grandparents, or great grand parents I think a slide show of certifications will load better instead of years worth of testing posted individually by their photo.

She is around .She loves touch, so is prone to getting snuggles wherever possible. Sash gets on well with other dogs and enjoys a playmate to have some fun with. She loves to run. A medium energy level, she is intelligent, loves to be involved, she is a loving girl, quirky and people focused. Sash has not been around young children so she may not suit a young family. Sash was to be part of our Guardian breeding programme however her hips are not at the standard we need for breeding. The vets comment on this is there is no expectation of her having any issues with her hips. Sash is desexed. Coco and Walters litter Born 24th August, leave us at 8 weeks of age, 19th October. Coco is a happy, affectionate, easy going girl, who loves her family, particularly loves her walks, good with children, and Walter adores his cuddles, is cheeky, intelligent and genial. A good balance of playfulness and energy, happy to chill when everyone else is, or be the fluffy bundle on your lap, he is a lapdog with attitude. We expect the puppies will be clever, cuddly and people focused with a medium energy level. Absolutely thriving on their mums milk they are now quite chunky, in a week or so their eyes and ears will slowly open and then life changes. All very exciting! These babies will be medium in size, around kg and cm to the shoulder, all have non shedding coats and are absolute treasures. We have a black a male available in this litter. Seven months old with a beautiful coat, she will be a big girl, as now already 25kg. Frida, a labradoodle is affectionate, gentle and goofy, interested in life and she is sociable, playing well with other dogs. She loves to lie on the couch with her head on your lap for cuddles and most of the time she is calm and content. She also loves people and wants to be best friends with everyone she meets. She loves her walks and off-leash runs in the paddock and zoomies round the garden. Frida is doing really well and knows many commands. Frida is clever and strong however she is jumping up and can pull on her lead, she needs someone who has experience training dogs. Being a larger girl, and strong, Frida could potentially pull her owner off their feet, so her excitement for life needs to be carefully worked with. We are looking for someone to adore this girl, who can put the time and the energy in so she can blossom. We offer pups in orders of deposits paid but also taking into account specific requests for, temperament quieter, more outgoing, cuddlier, colour, size etc. Our protocols and visiting schedules help protect the health of your puppy. Caring for your puppy is our priority; having visitors in and out could compromise the health and wellbeing of your puppy but possibly the health and wellbeing of others. Please be prepared to talk to us about yourself and answer any questions we may have, we need to know a bit about families etc, before names are added to our waitlist. This also helps us to match the right puppy to the right family. We add your name to the waitlist when a deposit has been paid. Pups are offered to everyone shortly after birth in order of deposits paid. This way everyone knows where they stand in the order of the waitlist. You can only be on one waitlist at a time. Given that we are responsible breeders, we will not sell or re home a puppy to any individual who we feel will not be able to provide a puppy with a suitable home. Before Taking Home Your Puppy Our puppies are thoroughly checked by our vets at weeks old, to be sure they are in tip top health. All Puppies are regularly wormed, from 2 weeks of age, every 2 weeks with a vet approved wormer and are treated with Advocate from 8 weeks old, prior to leaving us. Ongoing breeder support.
