Forest Lodge Kennels Urgent dogs in the pound Nr Northampton These lovely dogs are all at the dog pound and have passes their date so their 7 days are up. They are in Forest Lodge Kennels Nr Quinton, Northampton These dogs have all been picked up as strays, their owners no longer want them. The pound is filling up so they need to find good homes for these poor dogs. He is micro chipped. The pound contacted owners and they no longer want him. He has sarcoptic mange but is being treated. His friend the white gsd was rehomed but not Thunder so he's pining like mad and is very nervous. When the kennel assistant went to take him back into the kennels he dug his paws in and really didn't want to go back. Poor lad is so confused and scared and missing his friend and family. It is very sad fact of life that many faithful pets have become disposable items and will be discarded, no longer required. Anndalina has had a rough beginning to her life and she will need a patient and understanding home to help her become the dog we know she can be. We would recommend she go to a child free home and a home where her Chihuahua bark will not be a problem. A nice quiet couple or single person would be the ideal place for her as she can become overwhelmed with too many visitors. Once she bonds to her people she is very affectionate but it will take a while for this nervous girl to settle into any new home and she will need to be given time to calm and adjust. Please note we do not have a central kennel facility, all of our pets are located in foster homes.
