When the animal shelter received the puppies, the tiny dogs were "soaking wet with low temperatures," and two were still in critical condition as of Sunday. I kept the hemostat on the cord for about 2 minutes to let it clout. The umbilical cord dries up quickly and then within a day or 2 it falls off. Raven was a good mama and took care of her poops.
