Instead, a friend of mine suggested getting a playpen. I went online and ordered a dog playpen from amazon. Playpens are a safe place to leave your dog unsupervised for a longer period of time. I use the playpen every time I have some work around the house, or when I go to work. However, you should start slowly, maybe leave your dog for an hour at first.
