For a Bulldog a we use 36 x 23 x 25 crates for our home when they are needing to be crated due to guest etc. When traveling in the car we use 30 x 19 x 21 as this crate still provides room for comfort but does not take up as much space. Home Goods also has nice throw blankets at all times with designer labels, be sure that the blankets do not have tassels or loose ropes that hang off the blankets as these can be choking and ingestion risks. Our Bulldogs love zero gravity beds as they float and air moves around the bed, these beds can be used indoors and outdoors. Our Bulldogs also love Perla Beds as it makes them feel secure and nest like. Tide original has been great for our dogs and achieves the same clean results. Available at Any grocery store A soft, adjustable collar and a leash: Slip leads work best for this breed vs. A harness will encourage pulling and tugging. And then I put them in their little crib to ensure they are safe and not smooth by the mother until the next feeding 2 hours later. At three weeks, we feed the pups every 4 hours. But at this point, even though the pups eyes and ears are open. I still supervise the feeding to ensure that each pup is adequately fed and again not smothered by it's mother. I believe in giving these pups outstanding care. Even if that means that I lose a lot of sleep, and even if it ends up just saving one pups life. That one pup could be the next Labrador that I get a testimony about how it brought so much joy into one person's life! So, in the end, all the work and lack of sleep is worth it.
